Service Reminder

LRG Service Reminder was built around anyone offering regular services to their customers. We saw that many CRM packages were too complex and expensive for this task. LRG Service reminder allows you to input your customers and automatically generate letters, emails or a phone list, reminding them they are due for a service or renewal.

Reminders can be generated for any point in time and exception reports for overdue customers can be produced, and a second reminder can be sent. All the letters can be customised and many different reminders can be set. Having different reminders means you can allocate appropriate ones to different customers. For example, if you are a heating engineer, you could setup reminders for boiler servicing, gas fire servicing and landlord certificates, then allocate the appropriate reminder(s) to each customer.
